A Magic Circle firm is currently looking for a real estate lawyer at the 4 to 7 years PQE level for its Shanghai office. The successful candidate will be advising a broad portfolio of major domestic and international clients, in the private and public sectors, on land-use rights, mortgages, building rights and other real estate issues, leases, landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate management matters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in projects, PRC real estate or China FDI work. There are no strict admission requirements for this role but candidates should have an excellent academic background with experience in a respected international firm. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are essential.
