Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources function including but not limited in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employees relations
Drive HR services to competent level in order to support the business units to tackle the rapidly growth.
To formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate compliance.
Supervise the HR team to perform HR tasks and support effectively and efficiently.
Consistently benchmarking for developing and strengthen the key talents pool.
Observe changes of the legislations in PRC and recommend necessary action where appropriate.
Ensure compliance with PRC employment and related legislations.
Actively involved in the setting and design of corporate culture.
Ensure health and safety compliance with local related legislations.
To ensure the Administration processes are delivered and highly committed to provide quality, cost effective and professional admin. services to all levels.
Ensure all aspects in office, dormitory & canteen are effectively managed.
Supervise the team to perform tasks and support the goals effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment with 5 years in managerial position, experience in Hotel Industry for HR & Admin. function is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge on Labour regulation in both Hong Kong and China.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good presentation skills and well-organized.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Proficient in PC applications and Chinese Word processing.
Station in China is required.
