Qualifications
Required:
You should possess a Master or above degree in Electronic Engineering, Wireless Telecommunication, or equivalent disciplines with sufficient and relevant experiences.
- Strong communication theory, analog and digital hardware and digital signal processing background - Strong knowledge and sufficient practice of FPGA in mobile communication - Have knowledge of Matlab, C/C++ language, etc - Strong skill for problem analysis/debug/solving - Concept of 2G/3G standards
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written English language skills - Can work closely with early technology adopters and standard communities to understand their needs, then transform to product requirements in conception and implementation level - Have the ability and capability to clearly articulate technical proposal, actively collect feedback, explore alternative ideas, and drive to conclusions - Demonstrate the passion to create solution, willingness to take risk, commitment to achieve results, resilience to manage pressure, and maturity to handle stress
