Within the Retail Structured Products technology team in HK, you will be responsible for the business analysis.
Structuring, pricing/trade booking application for complex derivatives to be used in the Retail Structured Products area will be delivered. The application is already being delivered in London and there is a need for a business analyst to lead the analysis for the HK and subsequently the Asia businesses.
Role Description
- Full-time business analyst/project manager
- Key member of the RSP business-aligned technology team
- Own end-to-end and ensure delivery of Pricing and structuring application
- requirement gathering, analysis, specification and testing for this project
- Manage relationships with business sponsors and user base
- Work closely with Quant research for integration or changes to pricing models.
- Planning and tracking of the projects
- Managing and signing off system testing phases
- Coordinating UAT and business sign-off
- User training
- Work closely with operate to setup a proper operating model
Skills
- numerate and possess strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Credit / IR/ cash Derivatives knowledge
- pricing and risk management of equity derivative products
- technology project lifecycle
–comfortable talking to Front and Middle Office
High awareness of control and audit requirements.
Desirable technology skills: SQL, MS Excel, Unix
