Responsibilities:
• Undertake all day-to-day management responsibilities for a prestige commercial complex and take responsibility for every aspect of the building’s operation;
• Take principal responsibility for the organisation and implementation of strategic plans, assessment of management protocols and human resources management.
• Analyse the impact of financial and management factors and improve the project’s financial operations;
• Ensure professional standard, quality and accuracy for all financial documentations produced;
• Cultivate and maintain good public relations with Clients, building users and tenants;
• Plan and implement a marketing programme to promote the building’s services and goodwill with the tenants; and
• Build a quality team of asset services personnel and help establish a track record for CBRE as a quality asset service provider.

Requirements:
• University degree or above, major in Engineering, Property Management or Business Management;
• At least ten years’ relevant working experience in property management with at least five years in a managerial role, particularly for Grade-A commercial/office developments;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a fluency in English and Mandarin;
• Knowledge of ISO certification and experience in estate management preferred;
• Strong management skills, team player, pleasant personality; and
• Candidates with overseas experience will have a definite advantage.
