A US bulge bracket bank is looking for a senior capital markets lawyer to take on a derivatives/capital markets development and documentation role. You will work with the structured products, fixed income and FX desks to develop products for offshore clients. You will also review and draft counterparty confirmations and provide transactional and risk management advice on capital markets transactions. Prior relevant in-house experience is ideal.
