US MNC having global offices world wide, our client is looking for CHANNEL SALES MANAGER for their Singapore Operations Responsibility: - Over-all responsible for the management of the regional channels to ensure that revenue targets are achieved - Excellent experience in Server and Storage selling - Participate in the channel management decisions; identifying correct distribution balance to ensure maximum penetration and sell-through - Develop and implement effective promotion & marketing programs for the sales team country-wide - Monitor, analyze market trends and assist in the plans to maintain margins & market shares or to achieve market penetration - Act as a central focus to all the country-wide activities involving product definitions, technical specifications and performance - Correspond with the appointed channels on all the technical or product-related matters - Manage the channel programme to meet or exceed mutually agreed KPIs Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in channels and distribution sales - Strong knowledge in the Singapore IT market is a MUST - Hands-on knowledge on all areas of sales activities - Experience in Server/Storage sales - Self-motivated team player who has the perseverance to perform under pressure and the drive to succeed
