Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. Rather, we have a proven track record at developing those with the motivation, personality, and basic skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:
At least 4+ years work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international corporate clients.
A broad knowledge of industries, job functions within commercial professions, and the business environment in China are also very helpful.
The desire to learn new things each day, enjoy working with people and helping others, be service-oriented, appreciate working in a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international business situations.
The right person(s) should also be mature, professional, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and an excellent communicator.
Those who are willing to build up long-term career success, take high pressure and challenge, even tough working enviroment, and achieve remarkable results through execellent effort.
Good English a must, both spoken and written. Search Consultant can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
