An existing opportunity has recently arisen for a junior to mid level Singapore qualified lawyer to join on of Hong Kong’s leading corporate finance practices. The successful candidate will have the chance to represent major underwriters and sponsors, as well as HK, PRC and off-shore listed companies, in high profile listings on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As part of an international team, you will also have the opportunity to act for both issuers and underwriters in connection with dual-listings and cross-border and international securities transactions. Fluency in Mandarin and English, as well as an impressive academic background are prerequisite requirements for this role.
