A leading UK firm is currently seeking a professional support lawyer for its US Securities Group in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be a US qualified lawyer with prior management experience and the ability to interact with personnel at all levels. The successful candidate will develop and implement knowledge and learning initiatives within the US securities group as well as maintain a centralized collection of precedents and legal know-how. Additional responsibilities will include the supervision of paralegals and providing assistance with transactional staffing. Chinese language skills are not required for this role while excellent written and spoken English abilities are essential.
