1. Handle annual examinations, certificate updates, and other routine corporate legal matters of all legal entities in China; 2. Review, drafting and negotiating English and Chinese contracts and other legal documents under the supervision of China Senior Attorney; 3. Conducts specific legal and factual information research and data compilation for attorneys. 4. Assist China Senior Attorney to compile, review, and organizes due diligence; 5. Assist China Senior Attorney to serve the role of Secretary of the Board; 6. Assist China Senior Attorney to deliver legal and compliance training; 7. Conducts document production for commercial litigation, subpoenas, investigations and other requests (generates spreadsheet/database creation); 8. Other assignments per instruction of China Senior Attorney.
Qualifications
1. Preferably holding a law degree; 2. Have at least 3 to 4 years hands-on legal support experience in a multi-national corporation or a law firm; 3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin; 4. Ability to write clearly and succinctly; 5. Have good organizational skills and have experience managing multiple tasks; 6. Have the ability to work in a highly regulated environment; 7. Willingness and interest in learning, growth and development.
