Our client is a leading real estate solutions company with a global network of commercial firms. Currently expanding its business here in Hong Kong, they are seeking a high calibre Financial Accountant to join their real estate management team.
In this newly created role you will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the full set of books and the preparation of monthly reports. You will prepare account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial statements and management reports and you will play a key role in the preparation of the budgets and forecasts for the team. You will also be required to maintain internal control measures in order to comply with statutory and SOX requirements.
To qualify you must posess:
-A diploma in accounting or a related field
-A minimum of 2 years work experience in a property management company is a must
-Strong Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing skills
-An ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
-Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
