Job Description:
You will work closely with business users and the Information Technology Department on varied projects and requests, new products and systems developments. You will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of business requirements, evaluation of possible solutions and making appropriate recommendations to business users. In addition, you are required to write test plans and conduct user requirements testing on various systems, as well as provide training to business users and partners.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years experience as a
Business
Analyst in a life insurance/ General Insurance or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in IT projects work or change
within a project or an operational environment
- Good knowledge of Life400/LifeAsia/AS400 systems
- Highly motivated and well organized with good communication
skills
