Doron Vermaat - Co-Founder & Managing Director. Doron started NewChinaCareer in January 2007 to solve a puzzling gap in China's world of online recruitment and high-end employment. As the Business Development Manager at financial recruiter Matthew Hoyle International in Hong Kong, Doron saw that, while large Chinese job boards worked well for entry and mid-level candidates, high-level job searches for bi-lingual speaking professionals were not being conducted efficiently online.
