They also develop their capabilities in career advisory, as well as in client and candidate servicing.

Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. Those who would be most suited for this role would be:
Chinese professionals with 1-3 years working experience, preferably within an international company(s) or international-caliber environment.
Those with administrative, customer service, operations support, or research backgrounds are preferred, but not a must.
Mature, stable, professional, efficient and organized, an excellent communicator, a go-getter, self-initiated, hands-on, a fast learner, and have a curious mind.
Those who enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy supporting and helping others, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international-oriented situations.
Those who are willing to build up long-term career success, take high pressure and challenge, even tough working enviroment, and achieve remarkable results through execellent effort.
Good Chinese and English are must, both spoken and written. Associates can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
