Jones Lang LaSalle is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our Shanghai Integrated Facilities Management business. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the facilities management business to our Shanghai clients. Achieving optimum service levels with our existing client base is key to this role, and you will also be integral in managing the expansion of the facilities management services within the Shanghai Hub and across Asia.

As Operations Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Taking responsibility for the Shanghai Hub client base
• Where appropriate, coordinating with other business lines to ensure seamless service delivery to the client base
• Ensuing consistent achievement of service level agreements for key performance indicators at optimum cost for clients
• Developing and implementing strategies for pursuing innovative initiatives to demonstrate continuous improvement and best practice in Facilities Management
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• A proven track record of demonstrating service excellence in Facilities Management
• Commercial acumen, with experience in managing, or contributing to a cost centre
• Experience of leading and managing teams
• A strong project manager you have the ability to navigate through large multinational corporations
• A strong communicator with the ability to relate well to others at all levels
• A proven ability to develop, implement and deliver customer solutions
• English language skills to a business standard
