Training Manager
Successful candidates for this role will be required to coordinate the training of all our existing staff and future recruits.Training content will be technical, professional and managerial.They will also need to initiate a training service offering for our clients, recognising their needs and helping them to continuously improve their own quality standards. They will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to deliver training, participate in development and the capacity to open a training academy for us. Reporting will be direct to the General Manager in Qingdao.
