Job Description:
Based in Hong Kong, reporting to Marketing Director, Greater China, you will be responsible to improve brand preference/leadership through consumer advertising and promotions. Work closely with the director, country managers and regional product managers to define product and brand priorities within country and provide member banks with marketing assistance and consultation on key projects. Develop effective plans to leverage international and local sponsorships on time and within budget. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs/campaigns and formulate plans to continuously improve performance. Work with Marketing Director to identify research needs and roll out research projects in Greater China as per agreed country research plan.
The Successful Applicant:
The Successful Applicant: must be degree qualified with at least 5 years experience at Marketing/Product Manager level. Excellent performance in marketing management and sales. Proven relationship management and senior level negotiation skills. Advertising and PR agency management skills. Confidence and ability to sell and negotiate with senior managers. Self-driven, highly motivated, team player. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
