Function Profile:
You can expect to work alongside experienced consultants for up to six months. During this initial period we will provide you with the coaching necessary to build your success. You will soon be expected to liaise effectively with both clients and candidates. In our dedicated environment you will have no doubt that your results will determine your earnings.

You should be a bright, tenacious individual who is hungry for success in a sales-orientated organization. You possess the self-confidence to deal realistically with large blue chip companies, top firms and financial institutions. You have a sufficiently clear focus and robust resilience to work effectively in our extremely challenging market. Your potential is more important than your course of study or background.
