Job Description:
Reporting to the VP Finance for greater China you will provide leadership to a regional team of commercial specialists spanning strategic contracts, business practices and negotiation. You will partner with sales teams and sales management to facilitate high quality business and transactional decision making and assist in commercial contract negotiations and deal structure. You will lead on revenue recognition, complex business analysis and SOX compliance.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 6-8 years in a senior commercial finance or legal position with a leading MBA.
Expertise in complex customer / contract negotiations and the software industry.
Outstanding people management and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to draft legally effective commercial contract terms coupled with strong mathematical aptitude
Excellent Computer Skills and aptitude for systems and technology
Mandarin and English language skill are essential.
