With a strong China presence and growing portfolio, a unique opportunity has been created for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director. As a key member of the Finance team, You will be responsible for:
Preparing capital investment models and providing insightful analysis for investment and development opportunities
Conducting in depth financial modeling to support the company's growing operations
Preparing long term business planning strategies with the management team
Preparing variance analysis, interpreting of financial results from operations and monitoring key performance indicators from both financial and operational perspective
The Successful Applicant:
Degree holder in finance or accounting and professionally qualified
At least 5-7 years working experience in a large multinational company
Technically strong analytical experience in real estate investment is highly preferred
Strong team work spirit, leadership and excellent communication skills are essential
