About Our Client Our client is a recently listed NASDAQ internet group with a rapidly expanding China portfolio and keen investor interest.

Job Description: Reporting to the Group CFO you will be a critical link between the business and core investors in both the US and Asia. You will relay sensitive and business critical information to the markets a manner that reflects the groups strategy and growth prospects, acting as a public relations advisor internationally. In addition, you will work with the CFO and key management personnel on the corporate business model and long-term strategic business planning.

The Successful Applicant: Ideally, you will have prior experience in the investor relations field with a particular focus and understanding of a US environment and SEC regulations. This experience could come from either a corporate role, an investment analyst or a consulting background. Strong financial academics (MBA, CFA) would be highly regarded and native (or near native) English will be critical, as is an ability to speak confidently and convincingly in public.
