Job Description:
Reporting to the Group CFO you will have full finance responsibility for the Greater China operations, leading a large finance team across multiple business units. As a strategic and commercial partner you will support the CFO in corporate planning, long-term budgeting and also be a key contact for investor relations and analyst inquiries. In addition to reporting and controlling responsibilities, you will lead a dedicated SOX implementation team in preparation for the group’s pending compliance requirements. You will also provide support on local acquisitions.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a senior qualified finance professional with 8-12 years progressive experience in a leading multinational, ideally within an advisory, banking or service based industry. Exposure to a US listed environment, including technical strength in US reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance is essential. You will also possess the strong communication and presentation skills necessary to deal with international investor relations. Commercial acumen and an ability to work in a demanding, high growth business is imperative, as is fluency in English and Mandarin.
