Due to business expansion, they are seeking a seasoned Greater China Financial Controller to lead their team and become instrumental in driving the business for this well respected Fortune 500 Company according to global standard.
Job Description:
The Greater China Financial Controller will be expected to provide planning, reporting and financial analysis to senior management as well as China Chairman and management committee.
The individual will have close working relationship with controllers including product and legal entity controllers.
The candidate is expected to be hands on and prepare financial statements under China and US GAAP, various tax and statistical returns, ad hoc financial reports, analysis and presentations in support of new business initiatives and strategic projects.
The Greater China Financial Controller will need to demonstrate proven capability for making significant contribution to revenue growth through business partnering and provide financial information for strategic decision making.
The Successful Applicant:
The Greater China Financial Controller will be CPA or equivalent international qualification, with at least 12+ years of Big 4, investment banking or financial services experience in the finance/accounting field.
You must have proven people management skilled and be experienced in building investment bank accounting/finance team and policies and procedures.
You will have detailed understanding of US and Chinese accounting and tax regulations.
To be successful you will be a hands-on finance executive with strong technical skills and past experience of promotions for large China or international investment bank.
Fluency in English and Mandarin are pre-requisites.
