About Our Client Our client is the property investment arm of a leading international retail group, with significant property interests in China and globally. Operating as a pure property development and investment business they are at the forefront of modern retail innovation in China.

Job Description: Reporting to the China Finance Director you will take responsibility for financial reporting and controlling of multiple legal entities across the China business. You will be integral in establishing an international level reporting framework (for IFRS reporting) and working closely with the overseas parent company on development progress and investment valuations. In addition, you will review local compliance and tax issues with corporate.

The Successful Applicant: You will be a qualified professional (CPA/ACCA) with between 5-7 years experience in a leading accounting firm or multinational. Exposure to the real estate industry would be advantageous, although not essential. You will posses a strong understanding of IFRS and international compliance and controls, as well as practical taxation skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
