-You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Manual /policies / procedures and assist the QM Manager in achieving ITIL/CMMI/ISO certification.
-You will perform quality reviews and audits in accordance with ITD QMS and follow up on corrective/preventive actions and improvement.
-You will perform statistical trend analysis and report the performance of the ITD QMS to the IT management for review and as a basis for improving the ITD QMS.
-You will also facilitate and conduct ITD QMS briefing and training, providing support and advice to projects on quality related matters.
-You will also participate in application and infrastructure projects as QA representative and liaise with stakeholders on quality management activities.
-You will also maintain the central repositories of IS/IT architectures.
Requirements:
-You should possess a Degree in IT related studies, preferably majoring in Computer Science with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management Systems pertaining to CMMI/ITIL/ISO standards.
-You should also be pro-active, resourceful with the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment and having good oral and written communication skills.
