With rapid growth and heavy investment in China, our client now requires a qualified Financial Controller to join their Suzhou operations.
Job Description:
Reporting to General Manager and North Asia Finance Controller, you will lead a sizable team to take care of all accounting and finance aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include heavy involvement in the integration of 3 entities and to ensure long term profitable growth. Further more, you will conduct in depth analysis on companies, major capital expenditures, establish internal control policies, review credit management policies. You will also be responsible for training and developing Finance and IT team during and after this challenging integration.
The Successful Applicant:
-Previous experience with U.S Multinational in manufacturing
-Proven ability to motivate and development subordinates
-Good business acumen
-Experiences dealing with powerful sales and marketing departments
-JV experience is beneficial.
-Fluent Chinese and English
-Mature, firm, hardworking
