Job Description: You will plan with 3PL companies appropriate pickup, routines, delivery of company shipments and as well as monitor and control the actual performance of 3PL companies. You will establish positive relationship with transportation providers, including feedback on their performance. You need to manages the transportation teamand also the daily load planning to ensure customer service & minimize cost. You need to control the transportation budget and is responsible of resolving all transportation related issues. You also need to set performance plans with each direct report. Meantime, you are responsible for the training of all direct reports.

The Successful Applicant: - 3 years experience in a similar position i.e. familiar with less than full truck load transportation- College diploma plus 3 years experience; University graduate preferred- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel- Fluent English skills
