PhotoAnn Management Inc. is a fast growing Web 2.0 company specializing in online photo management (sharing/storage/image recognition/search). Our headquarter is located in New Jersey, USA. Our China operation is based in Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu.
We are currently looking to fill the General Manager (GM) position. The General Manager will be based in Suzhou and manage the day to day operation of the Suzhou office. The GM will also coordinate the Suzhou office activities with other regional offices and the US headquarter. The General Manager will report directly to the CEO of PhotoAnn.
Responsibilities:
1) Project Management
The GM will be responsible for managing large scale consumer oriented web site development projects through the project lifecycle, i.e. project planning, scheduling, tracking, resolution of issues and final delivery.
2) Human Capital Management
To serve the fast growing company's need, the GM will responsible for talent recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and incentive planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, have several years of software development experience. MBA is a plus.
At least three years experience in project management. Track record of managing people and delivering large scale web site development project experience highly desirable.
Ability to coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive towards the team goal.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication skill.
