Job Description:
Reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for the whole finance function for the Tianjin projects. It includes:
Prepare and perform top level analytics for monthly/quarterly financial statements.
Prepare detailed standard work papers as well as any special financial analysis for assigned areas.
Interact with other Functional areas within the Tianjin Entity including Design & Construction, Marketing and Sales, Property management for preparing financial statements.
Perform cash management, debt compliance, and treasury function as need.
Support Regional financial information as needed to prepare financials.
The Successful Applicant:
Three to six years experience in property development/management or real estate accounting.
Ability to operate computer system and effectively input and download permanent information.
Must have good Excel skills.
Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Ability to travel between office, project sites, and various government bodies including those located in Tianjin Free Trade Zone in order to effectively manage local accounting, taxation issues as well as satisfying ad hoc government requests.
