Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be an integral member of the senior management team assisting in the development of strategy formation and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Leading a team of qualified accountants in US and Asia, you will control the financial reporting process and prepare timely financial information and filings required under US Securities (SEC) Acts and Regulations. Key responsibilities will include preparation of group level consolidations and dealing with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with US GAAP. Travelling frequently across Asia, you will work closely with the business control director to manage the region wide SOX implementation process.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with 10 years post qualification experience. You should have hands on experience in managing quarterly results reporting in a US listed company environment. You will possess a strong working knowledge of SEC filings and US GAAP reporting regulations and exposure to managing multiple locations. Above all, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be willing to take on new business challenges. Gaming industry experience is desirable. This position requires frequent travel across Asia Pacific. Excellent communication skills in English essential with an Asian language preferred.
