Our client is a large local real-estate group. As a result of a project in Macau, they are seeking the high caliber to fill the following vacancy:
Senior Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for undertaking major projects and managing the General Contractor and the field constructor work in Macau
Monitor site work progress
Ensure all phases of the Projects are planned and completed on time, within budget.
Responsible the project leadership, management of design, procurement, time and priority, contract and cost, materials delivery, access control.
Enable the General Contractor to plan and implement the works in accordance with the Master Programmed (Schedule).
Ensure that all projects are managed efficiently and effectively within these parameters.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Engineering/ Surveying or related disciplines
Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Interior Architect, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent
Over 25 years of experience in construction industry including 15 years in site operation and management with building contractors.
Previously Worked as a Site Manager or Site Agent in a Main Contractor is preferred
Experience in large scale projects (Contract sum over 200 million)
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Station at Macau is required
