Our client is a large local real-estate group seeking the high caliber candidate to for following position:
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead project team for coordinating pre-construction activities, procurement of trade contractors and suppliers
Manage and monitor major trade contractors
Responsible for procurement schedule and construction methodology, contract packaging, risk management and tender documentation.
Ensure the completion of projects within the time frame and required standards set by the management
Set up the Project Zone Site Logistic Plan
Requirements:
Degree holder in relevant discipline
Membership of HKICIM, HKIE is preferred
Experience in handling large scale projects (Contract sum over HK$500 Million)
12 years of experience in building construction industry with 6 years construction/project management in building contractors/developers
Having contract administration experience is preferred
Station at Macau is required
