Responsibilities:
Schedule requirements of the project, monitor productivity and seek improvement in efficiency
Ensure the quality, cost, statutory, safety & environmental issues meet the standards set by senior management
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
Over 10 years of experience with project management experience in consultants or contractors
Strong communication skills and able to work independently
Self-motivated, excellent leadership skills and work under pressure
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
