Manager/Senior Manager (Ref. CD-IPT-2007-47)
Investment Properties

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Managing Director, Chengdu, you will assist in the generation and execution of business for the acquisition or disposal of investment and development properties on behalf of clients;
• As an integral part of the whole business planning and development, you are expected to recommend business strategies for increasing the profitability of the department, and implement such strategies;
• Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals;
• Build a track record for the company as a leading market player; and
• Keep abreast of market developments and constantly source for market leads and information.

Requirements:
• A successful track record with over 5 years’ of relevant experience in property investments and a good understanding of the retail, residential, industrial, hospitality and commercial development in and around Chengdu;
• A university degree from a recognised university;
• Strong writing skills and an analytical mind. Specifically, the ability to articulate and encapsulate the risks and returns of a property being considered for acquisition or disposal;
• A high degree of mathematical skill and an understanding of accounting principles; and
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
