Job Description:
You will be responsible for the following:
Consolidating financial data received from various sources and prepare reliable and accurate consolidated Financial and MIS statements
Financial reporting
Analysis and interpretation of financial and management accounting statements
Tax compliance matters for all plants
Auditing matters and relationships with auditors at Shanghai and coordination with plant auditors
review controls, accounting and reporting procedures and address and document any deficiencies or business productivity and efficiency opportunities;
The Successful Applicant:
The Successful Applicant: shall meet the following requirements:
Around 4 to 6 years of experience in financial management including consolidation and reporting for multi-legal entities.
Solid experience in and exposure to the Commodity Trading industry is preferred
Strong IFRS and PRC GAAP
Excellent command of English & Chinese(spoken and written) with additional language skills being a plus;
