We are presently seeking a "best-of-class" Recruiting/Head-hunting talent for a leadership position in the Recruitment and Executive Search Practice of our Shanghai office. As a Director-level, this person will help build a team to continue our strong growth helping our clients win the war for talent.

As a Director with Judge, you will be responsible for leading a sales and recruiting team in the generation, development and account management of new business within the Shanghai market. You will help hire, develop and mentor sales and recruiting staff, and market Judge’s services while developing Judge as a leader in the marketplace. We will provide the hired candidate with:

Requirements for this position include:
- Competitive, energetic and motivated business development executive with 3-5 years (minimum) outside sales experience in the Recruiting /Head-hunting industry
- Established client relationships in the Shanghai marketplace
- 2-3 (minimum) years experience running a successful recruiting business including responsibility for:

* Hiring, developing and mentoring sales and recruiting staff
* Marketing and developing company brand recognition through direct selling, networking, advertising, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for selling services of value
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships
- Experience preparing and presenting winning proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience making cold calls, prospecting, qualifying and closing business at the C-level and line management levels
- Experience selling staffing solutions
- Previous recruiting experience (preferred)
Native or full-fluency in English and Mandarin

Experience working with Multi-National Companies
- Bachelor’s degree
