Job Title: Occupancy & Space Planner
Business Unit: Integrated Facilities Management
Report to: Senior Facilities Manager
Location: Hong Kong

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager and based on-site at the client's office in Hong Kong, your major responsibilities are:

• To facilitate office workplace planning in accordance with client’s instruction
• To coordinate minor churn move and restacking project
• To ensure the successful administration of the Churn Move database (dbMoves) to facilitate the occupation cost allocation of Business Units and reconciliation to CAD drawings, working closely with the Space Administrator


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


• Degree / Diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a space planner/interior designer.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English with strong presentation and communication skills
• Frequent interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required
• Knowledge in site co-ordination
• Proven experience of Workplace Space modeling
