This leading institutional asset management firm is one of the largest in the world with well over a decade of highly successful operations. With a proven investment and expansion track record, they have a global investment platform that has allowed them to become market leaders, and they are now looking for an outstanding Investor Relations Analyst to join their Hong Kong team.
Reporting to the Executive Managing Director, Head of Global Investor Relations, the key responsibilities of this role will be to complete RFI’s from prospective and existing investors, research and compiles information on prospective allocators and acts a liaison with investors regarding statements, performance and general fund information. You will also be expected to prepared presentation materials for conferences, work with legal and compliance teams in preparing questionnaires and other tools, as well as maintaining relevant databases and investor relations.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience with an investment management firm, a sales and relationship management role from a prime brokerage firm, or an investment banking program with a top tier bank. You must have an excellent understanding of financial markets and economics, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You must be able to work effectively and efficiently across multiple projects in a deadline based environment, excellent English is necessary as well as the knowledge of another Asian language.
