As a key competitor in the industry, Jones Lang LaSalle is looking for a senior level business leader to develop new business sales opportunities for our leading Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business in North Asia.

As the Head of Business Development for North Asia your main responsibilities will involve:
• Serving as a key member of the Country and Asia Pacific Leadership Team
• Building strong relationships with local, global and multinational clients in the region
• Developing global clients and leveraging business opportunities from other business lines operating within Jones Lang LaSalle
As the Head of Business Development for North Asia your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• 10 years experience in senior business development roles, identifying, driving and managing large client bids, preferably in facilities management or property management
• Exceptional interpersonal and commercial skill
• Evidenced success as a key strategic player, supported by the financial acumen to drive profitability and so secure continued growth for the business
