Job details Autonomous regional role across 7 countries

Our client is a publicly traded IT vendor that provides both cutting edge analytics as well as tailored IT solutions to the world’s top financial institutions. With over a decade’s long presence in Hong Kong and strong global client relations within the investment banking sector, our client is looking to further expand its regional presence in Asia.

Reporting to the Head of Global Sales based in New York as well as to the Head of Analytics in Hong Kong, you will be charged with developing relations with both potential and existing clientele in Hong Kong as well as across Asia. The chosen candidate will be both a sales leader as well as a relationship manager for key global clientele; in essence an ambassador for the brand in Asia. You will see the big picture and encompass the enthusiasm as well as the confidence to create and implement new sales initiatives across the region.

To apply, you must have between 4-8 years of transferrable sales experience, as well as a university degree. You will be currently based in Hong Kong with prior working experience within financial services, preferably with good working knowledge of investment banking IT solutions. Fluency in English and business-level Mandarin are required, and functional Japanese would be beneficial. Significant travel should be anticipated. As you will be communicating with the top managerial levels of investment banks, strong communication skills are necessary.
