Having achieved significant growth in the Asia region, our client a leading US MNC is looking to recruit an experienced finance professional to join their Financial Management and Reporting Team.
Job Description:
Responsible for the quarterly consolidations and reporting of the private equity fund in Asia.
Responsible for review of underlying financial statement information prepared by foreign subsidiary companies.
Responsible for understanding differences between local country GAAP, U.S.GAAP and IFRS to facilitate financial statement conversion process.
Coordinate and perform budget and forecast.
Provide analysis regarding monthly and quarterly results (including, analysis of actual results vs budget, forecast and prior period).
Ad-hoc project as and when required.
To qualify, individuals need to possess:
A good university degree with at least 8 years of relevant.
Strong consolidation exposure
Good understanding of IFRS & USGAAP.
First class communication and strong relationship management skills
A team player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
A hard working, proactive attitude and the ability to think out of the box
