Our highly regarded and prestigious client is now looking to recruit a Contentious PSL to join their Litigation & Arbitration Department at their office in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will assist the existing PSL’s and this position comes with significant training and plenty of scope for development.
In particular, the successful candidate will be required to assist with (amongst other things);
• Monitoring developments of law and practice in Hong Kong.
• Business development initiatives, including assisting with preparing client presentations, writing articles, client briefings and other publications.
• Dissemination of information through regular internal litigation newsletters, seminars and e-mail briefings.
• Variety of projects involving the pending Civil Justice Reforms.
• Ad hoc research on litigation issues.
• Extraction, collection and distribution of legal know-how within the department’s dispute resolution groups.
The ideal candidate will be 3+ years PQE with strong litigation experience. Experience of previous work as a PSL is not necessary but would be desirable. You will have excellent written and spoken English and candidates with Chinese language skills would have an advantage.
