Our highly regarded international client is looking to recruit a Senior Litigation Associate with 6-8 years PQE to join their office based in Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate will have a financial services background with experience of advising investment banks, financial services regulators and other market participants on contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory matters.
You will have experience and understanding of securities and investment funds along with arbitration experience and significant hands-on experience.
The successful candidate will have specialised in regulatory investigations and proceeding, including proceedings before the Insider Dealing Tribunal.
Fluent written and spoken English is required; ideally with Cantonese proficiency, knowledge in Mandarin will be advantageous.
