Our highly regarded and prestigious client is looking to recruit a Professional Support Lawyer to join their team at their office in Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate will be a US Qualified attorney with 6 years experience. You will have excellent written English and proven technical legal skills.
The successful candidate will be supervising paralegals within the group and assisting with transaction staffing, so managerial experience is desirable.
You will be providing necessary professional support, including advanced legal research and will be maintaining the centralised collection of precedents and legal know-how (standard documentation, client memos and best practice materials).
The role will involve promoting awareness of current legal developments to lawyers within the US Securities group, as well as lawyers within the corporate division as needed. You will develop and implement knowledge and learning initiatives within the US Securities group to enhance attorney training and development.
