Requirements
- A new International JV company, with the strategy of developing 30 to 40 hotels in China inthe next 5 years
- Experience as group GM
- The incumbant will need to build system and integrate - more an adviser/design system role
- very commercial driven
- willing to take challenge
- to facilitate the business development
- strategy and system set up
- fluency in mandarin and english
- coordinate the day to day management with the GMs
- needs to help source hotel developemnt projects
- 1.5 million package plus incentives and benefits
