A top tier, internationally recognized Investment Bank is currently looking for a senior Human Capital Management Manager.
This is a leadership position and as such you are pivotal in the development and maintenance of the banks current and future image and reputation. You will work very closely with senior management; guiding their development and personal growth.
Along with the strategic advice to senior management you will deliver in your leadership role, you will also monitor and continuously improve processes and infrastructure.
As the successful incumbent at this prestigious Investment Bank you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Capital Management within the financial services, ideally gained internationally with at least 12 months within Asia. You will have experience in performance and talent management and are comfortable with the 360 feedback concept.
