Our client is a leading UK firm that has one of the most successful mergers and acquisitions teams in Hong Kong. Their team advise on both public and private M&A transactions and their deals include large scale M&A, trade buyers, investor funds and private equity transactions.
As an Associate within the Hong Kong Corporate group, you would predominantly handle M&A but you can also expect to undertake a broad range of general corporate transactions. You will also enjoy a collegiate environment with a flat, non-hierarchical structure and an 'open door' policy. The firm offers an excellent remuneration package, an established training and development programme and work of the highest quality.

The salary on offer will be consummate with your experience but will be one of the best in the marketplace. You will have excellent academics and a background from top law firms. Language skills are not necessary but will be looked upon favourably.
You don’t necessarily have to have Hong Kong experience or be Hong Kong admitted but it would help. Otherwise you must have a strong background from the US, UK or other Commonwealth countries.
